Neonatal nursing?????????????

is it a good job for the future, will it make good money. i have so many questions like what do you do all day is it stressful? boring? fun?

It is stressful and it does pay well.

Not sure if it's boring or fun.  Depends on if it's "your thing" or not.

It is a great job and very potable (you can find a job in any large city) ...

It can be very stressful ... the babies can be very physiologically fragile ...

the nurse generally, depending on the acuity (how sick the baby is), well have anywhere from 1 to 3 babies and provide total care for them ... depending on the hospital ... you would insert IV's ... you may even provide breathing tubes for them (insert them .. called intubation) ... change diapers .. feed .. assess and monitor .. draw labs .... consult with the neonatologists

there are opportunities to do transport ... where you go to small hospitals and pick up there sick babies by ambulance, helicopter, or plane to bring back to your facility for a higher level of care ....

I like taking care of babies alot better than adults :)

Neonatal is babies right? Well, people will never stop having babies, so it is good for the future, nurses make good money. I doubt it is boring or fun.
