Nephrostomy tube post recovery?

Hi all,

I have a nephrostomy tube potentilly coming out next week I was wondering what the recovery proccess will be like? I am a strong healthy 43 year old. I have a meeting in work the following day I need to be at....is this possible?

My sister had a nephrostomy bag she is 38.  She was very sore.  She had it stitched up, but was still on meds for some time after that so she could not have went back to work the next day.  She would not have been thinking clearly.  Take it easy...Let your body heal.  She is doing great now.  Just a small scar.  This all happened in May.

Spoke with my sister and she said you should not have a problem going back to work the next day.
