-ditto to what r_a73 said.  The relationship this person would enjoy may be different than the relationship that is indicated with this set-up, which is:  intense, unusual, deep, unrealistic, etc. etc.

Oh, and the signs to which this person would be attracted depends on venus and mars signs.  What kind of person that actually becomes a partner could be a variety of signs including Leo, Pisces, another Scorpio, etc.

There may be something unconventional about this individual's relationships, and/or they may start and stop fairly suddenly. Either way, their relationships will not be light ones. This individual wants someone they can share their soul with. This person may tend to attract those who are possessive of their partner, or they may be that way themselves. They also could tend to be secretive and private regarding their relationships. Depending upon Mars and Venus placements as well, they will likely be happiest with someone who has a fairly high s*x drive. I would think that this person is fairly picky as far as who they will accept as a partner, as they have fairly high standards and ideals of what that person should be.

This individual would need to take care though that they weren't putting themselves in situations where they would be controlled by their partner and vice versa, and also due to the Neptune influence, would want to be careful that they weren't putting their partner up on a pedestal or basing their image of their partner too much in fantasy or idealism of the other individual.

I think that a Pisces in mars would work possibly a Scorpio as well. As far as the Venus I would say Leo like Janet. My mars is in Cancer too. I understand the difficulties. I guess our Mars sign and our sun sign is our bond. For Janet we share the same moon.
