Nero 8 and conflict with USB 2.0 built in computer...

Have installed nero 8 onto my new desk top HP TouchSmart IQ772.uk computer and it is running the computers video capture device, this in turn will not allow me to use the built in USB 2.0 camera with Skype or MSN.
