Nero help for xp installation?

I am using nero burning rom and what should I use to create a bootable install cd for windows xp for my sister? the image is .iso should i use: DVD-ROM (ISO) or DVD-ROM (BOOT) ? if possible can you give me any other info ?

If its an ISO made from a bootable CD then just burn it. It will boot. i just use "make an exact copy" and its bootable too
