Nerves on my wedding day - I get red blotches everywhere!!!?

I get red splotchy blothes all over when I get nervous or hot or anything.

I have tanned to reduce the appearance a bit. Can anyone suggest anything else to help me? Would a Xanax help? Suggestions, please!

A prescription from the doctor for propranolol (or another betablocker) or clonidine may help.  A tranquilizer like the Xanax you mentioned might also help you but would be more likely to make you very drowsy.  It depends what causes it but you could try the medications I mentioned as they are helpful for many.  You can also try an over the counter allergy medication (e.g. clariti) and an acid tablet like Zantac.

Many have success with betablockers for this condition.
