i get it now and then. i haven't had it for the past 3 months but i used to have it on a regular basis and now it's back again. i have no clue how to fight it. i know it means i am stressed and it's true i feel VERY guilt-tripped by parents at the moment but I normally don't get it this strong, this feeling.i can literally sort of feel it in my chest. it's a bit depressing, too. please!!! help me know what this is and how i could combat it!!! do i need meds? who do I go to???
