Nervous Fiddler confident about the Grade A2 Owners Bonus Series – Heat 1 at Sheffield

Leading the line-up for the Grade A2 Owners Bonus Series – Heat 1 is Nervous Fiddler. The race will be hosted by Sheffield over 500 metres flat on Thursday, 21st June. Competing alongside for the £102 prize money are Anville Alright, Droopys Domingo,
Castlehill Dec, Miss Penny and Russanda Clash.
Droopys Vieri’s three-year-old black daughter out of b***h, One Gram rolled into the new season on 6th January in a 261 metres race and finished second behind the winner, Ballymac Jones, who led the field by two and a half lengths.
Winning for the first time during the new season was on 28th January at Doncaster over 483 metres. She timed the track distance in 30.57 seconds and led the runner up, Goes Home, by one and a half length.
Her second success of the season came in the form of a 500 metres race at Sheffield on 21st April. The three-year-old reached the other end of the wire in 30.39 seconds and took charge of the final thirteen lengths. Finishing the closest to the
winner was Balliblue Stan.
7th June saw her winning a Grade A4 500 metres flat at Sheffield by covering the track distance in 30.21 seconds and led the 9/4 favourite runner up of the race, Jonny Reb, by three lengths. He timed the track distance in 30.45 seconds and was
soon followed by Madam Éclair.
Pairing up wins, Nervous Fiddler won a Grade A3 500 metres flat race on 11th June at Sheffield by racing through the wire in 29.86 seconds. She took command of the final two lengths and had the 2/1 favourite of the race, Barnside Bob, concluding
the race the closest. He took 30.02 seconds for getting to the other side of the wire.
Resting the race third was Proclamation.
The hopes of a hat trick evaporated in the fourth position that she got in a Grade A2 500 metres flat race on 15th June at Sheffield. It was won by Castlehill Dec who took 30.01 seconds while the 7/4 favourite of the race, Iconic Rosie, ended
third.
A dent of failing so miserably will make her swing back into form today.
