Nervous for school? <span title="...................................?">............................</span>

Question

ok well im going back to school its my 2nd year in middle school

and i didnt get my schedule im suppost to get it today but im getting it on monday the first day of school.

im completely nervous and scared

im also taking intensive math and i heard all the bad kids go there

imm kind not tough and will let anyone pick on me help i need tips or something to get me through the first day or the year.

You dont have to be tough to keep yourself from being picked on.  Dont wear your lack of confidence on your sleeve.  If someone messes with you look them in the eye and tell them to back off.  

Its normal to be nervous...middle school is the hardest years of being a teen.  No one ever says they wish they could go back in time to middle school.  Hang in there...things mellow out in highschool.

Its nice to have a heads up on classes and teachers but allow yourself to judge for YOURSELF.  Your stuck with going there so try really hard to make it work.  

Best tips I can give are do not participate in drama or talking about someone behind their back...try to &#039;fly under the radar&quot;...be mutual, mind your own business.

Get to school early if you can and get your schedule and know where you are going so you won&#039;t be so nervous.

Be sure and take slow, deep breaths and try to relax during the day. And try to remember that you are not the only one nervous. A lot of other people are in the same shoes as you.

Don&#039;t let anyone pick on you. If they do, just look them right in the eye and smile...then look down at their shoes. It immediately makes them feel self conscious. It works!

don&#039;t worry dude just get your schedule and head straight to wear you gotta go. and if the math set your is a bad one knuckle down and try your best believe in your self and ignore people that pick on you because if you try your best in math you will probably go up a set and they will still be stuck in that class and you can get away from them:) or if they keep picking on you use that for motivation to move up a set.
