Nervous help? have to calm down?

how do you calm yourself when you are nervous, its not a serious nervous but being nervous hurts how can i calm myself down a little

  1. ok what you have to do is, take a deep breathe hold it slowly count 1...2...3 and then release hold slowly count 1..2..3 and do this until you feel calm.


  2. Hi, it depends how nervous are you, or do you know why you are so nervous, is it where there are crowds?  Or does it come and go?

    Do you feel this wave come over you and you sweat, feel sick, shaking?

    I would go and see a doctor, it may be nothing, or he may be able to decide where the nervousness come from.

    I do wish you all the luck, I do suffer from Nerves/panic attacks

    So please go and get some help from a doctor before it gets bigger/

  3. Get busy doing something to distract yourself from whatever is making you nervous.  Focus.

  4. Try meditation. Sit somewhere quiet and close your eyes. Take a deep breath as you count 1-5. Then as you exhale count 1-5 again. Repeat untl you feel calm. Also, as you do this try hard not to focus on anything else except your breathing! It really helps.

  5. chewing gum and breathing

  6. slap your face.
