Ok this is driving me nuts and making me worry. It's been 2-3 weeks and I cant stop waking up with this nervous/anxiety feeling. This doesnt sound normal to me. I was wondering if anyone has any idea what it may be? I'm 24..I dont know if its because I quit smoking a month ago.?!?!?! I also have a semi stressful life..kinda.....and I dont have much of a life right now due to the fact that I dont have a job and I am going back to college in september. Just to let you know!! Opinions please!!

  1. You need to relax and enjoy life. That is your problem. Have a laugh etc. we all have worries .   Relax

  2. First of all it sounds like recently becoming a non-smoker is probably causing this to be more acute than it normally would be.

I would say you are experiencing panic attacks, I used to get them all the time.  Starting some relaxation techniques or getting relaxation tapes should help a bit.

If you are drinking/eating a lot of caffeine as in coffee, chocolate, Coca-Cola, or other high caffeine drinks, I'd probably slow that down or abstain for awhile.

If this continues I'd make an appt. with a therapist who can subscribe something to calm you down.

Plus you might be on the verge of a depression or bipolar  (manic-depressive) episode.

  3. That happens to me too, I wake up every morning feeling depressed and nothing in my life is going how it should be. And I feel like I'm not living it to the fullest. Then after like an hour I feel fine. My theory is that I wake up with a chemical imbalance in my brain but then it fixes itself after waking up.
