Nespresso C1OOB not sucking water out of the tank...

Question

I only have my machine for 6 months and last week I noticed that when I pressed the 'Lungo' button in seemed to only fill up a third of the cup and stop. I bought the descaling kit yesterday and this has not fixed the problem, I also 'vented' the machine and still nothing??
