Net shopping?

So,there are some cool shirts I want from deviantart.com,but as you know most sites make you use credit cards.I don't own one and don't want one.are there any purchasing cards out there that are quick and easy to order and ones where you won't have to pay back??? would that be paypal???just something like a debit,but can be use for internet.would deeply appreciate your help.

You can purchase a prepaid mastercard or visa and use them for your online purchase, 3 companies are all access and greendot , check them out/
