Netflix Watch Instantly Resolutions?

Question

I have netflix but I don't watch many instant view movies because of the poor quality. I know it's my fault because my family has DSL and my "Video Quality" bar is on Basic... but do people know what Resolutions you can get from Netflix Instant View?

*Sub question -Will there be varying levels of quality when Netflix appears on the Xbox 360? Thanks for any HELPFUL answers :P

360 require you had fast connection anyway for online gaming or content.  So is wise you spend little more to upgrade your speed, it helps a lot since it will gave your better quality of steam video, and faster download.

I don't know the resolution, but I have an older PC connected directly to my TV using a DVI connection. For some reason this computer is limited to 2MB download speed which usually (but not always) reports as "Best".  I rate the video quality to be VERY close to a standard DVD upconverted to 1080p -- and it's easy to see differences in quality on a 65" HDTV!
