  1. are you making sure that you are taking the hair off of her and NOT letting her eat it??

  2. hello there

shedding is a normal part of a rabbit's life.shedding help the rabbit a lot by replacing old and damaged fur with a newer, cleaner coat.this is very hygienic.most rabbits shed about twice a year.long-haired rabbits shed more times than an ordinary rabbit.

you could help the rabbit be at ease when shedding, you know.give it pineapple and pineapple juice.this will clear the digestive track of the body where most fur ends up when rabbits clean themselves.

also, you may want to groom it.comb it everyday to help the shedding process.

    have a nice day!  Ã¢Â˜Â¼

  3. Young rabbbits will molt (or shed) 3-4 times within their first year.  This is so they can grow out of their "baby" coats and get their adult coats.  After this year, she will only molt once a year.  This is so they can get rid of their winter coat.  Just try to brush her and keep as much hair off as you can.

    Hope this answered your questions!

  4. Yes. Its has been very hot, so shedding is fine. Perfectly normal. You shouls worry if she does NOT shed. it can over hear her. And bunnys dehydrate very fast, so shedding is good for her.

I would get a cat brush and brush her everyday though.
