Netherlands looked good throughout their chase for the score, losing their way in the middle, but getting home rather easily in the end. The match being reduced to 30 overs was believed to have suited both sides, Bangladesh lost their most consistent batsman http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Tamim-Iqbal-c2640 early. The left hander was caught by Aste Buurman off the bowling of Mudassar Bukhari after scoring just 2 runs from 5 balls.
The next man, Junaid Siddiquie, looked good, and started playing his strokes early. Imrul Kayes was also in good touch and the pair put on a good partnership. Kayes used his typical upper cuts over cover to good effect and slashed at anything slightly wide off the off stump.
Junaid on the other hand was using more of a text book approach and continued to drive the ball through the V. Junaid was the next man to go though as he was caught out by Aste Buurman off the bowling of Mudassar Bukhari. He did score 31 runs from 19 balls with 4 fours thought which was a great performance.
Kayes found another capable partner in http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Jahurul-Islam-c1624; the two continued to score just above a run a ball, and kept the score ticking. Jahurul did not take too many risks and was more concerned with rotating the strike.
Imrul Kayes continued to play the big shots. The pair added 70 good runs to the total. The partnership was eventully broken with a score of 132, as Jahurul got caught by Bradley Kruger off the bowling of Peter Borren. He scored an excellent 41 runs from 40 balls with 4 fours.
The former Bangladesh captain Shakib Al http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Hasan-c61990 was in next, but it was Kayes who departed soon after, as he was clean bowled by Borren for 52 runs from 50 balls, with 5 fours and a six.

Netherlands did start the chase in az commanding fashion with the opening pair adding 61 runs in quick time. Eric Szwarczynski and Alexie Kervezee took on the http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Bangladesh-c747 attack and made good use of the early overs.
The Asian team was unable to find any sort of assistance from the track, and were dispatched to all corners. Kervezee was the first to go, with the score at 61 in the 9th over. He was out LBW to Shakib Al Hasan. Kervezee scored 15 runs from 16 balls with 3 fours.
The middle order did not do that well though, Tom http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Mashrafe-Mortaza-c1917 off the bowling of Nazmul Hossain.
Peter Borren also followed soon with just 5 runs; he was out on an LBW to Nazmul Hossain. With the fall of Szwarczynski Bangladesh looked to be making their way back in the match. But Bas Zuiderent and http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Wesley-Barresi-c96487 guided the team home in the 29th over.
