The PSV Eindhoven midfielder has admitted that the Oranje’s upcoming 2014 World Cup qualifier is very important, and has urged his teammates to put in their 100 percent to claim all three points on Tuesday.

The Dutchman is of the view that the Oranje’s clash against the Romanians could very well determine about which team will be finishing at the top of Group D. The two sides will lock horns against each other at Arena Nationala on Tuesday, October 16.
Both sides are level on points, and hold a 100 percent winning record in their opening three games. Although, there are still plenty of games left to play in the 2014 World Cup qualification campaign, the 22-year-old believes that the upcoming game is extremely
important.
“There are still a lot of matches, but Tuesday's is indeed very important”, Strootman was quoted as saying to De Telegraaf.
The Flying Dutchmen are heading into the game on the back of a comfortable 3-0 win over Andorra, while the Tricolorii secured a hard fought 1-0 win over Turkey on October 12.
And the Oranje captain has insisted that the Romanians’ victory over Turks has made the upcoming clash very important for both sides.
