Network Away Break train tickets...?

Is there any restriction on the times you can travel, and are you likely to me asked to leave the train if there are?

Network Away Break tickets I think are classed as saver tickets.  I think they are only able to be used off peak.

If you are on the wrong train they will charge you the full single fare rather than just  ask you to leave the train.
