Network Configuration!?!?!?

On utorrent i keep getting the same message that says "No incoming connections". And ever since i first saw the message my downloads hav been going super slow.By the way how do i acess network configuration.

You must connect and configure your router to allow the ports the torrent program uses to go to your computer.

Port numbers can be found in the options menu of the program.

Accessing your router you will need to find that info online (there are many types of routers).

Port forwarding is the keyword your looking for when searching.
