  1. I have Verizon FiOS but from what I understand it's basically the same setup for Verizon DSL (a friend of mine has that)

    First of all, try unplugging the router for 10 seconds, that usually fixes most problems.

    If Verizon provided the router (most common from what I understand), call Verizon.  They installed it and they are responsible to support it because they use special proprietary Verizon programming on all their equipment (even though it's made by D-Link, Motorola, or similar company).

    If you purchased the router, call the manufacturer and they can help you troubleshoot it.  This would be something you got at BestBuy, CircuitCity, or another office store and set up yourself.

  2. How is the setup?

    Moden-> router> Comp 1

                                Comp 2

    If so, then it could be a hardware problem or software setup problem.

    Otherwise you haven't set them up right.

  3. I would call the router company....  Sometimes it could be a setting within your router....  Or if you don't have a router, call your ISP...  They can help you make sure that everything is set up properly....
