Network TV Channel Broadcast software?

Question

Hey, I have a server with my computers networked to it. I was wondering if there is any software that would let me broadcast all my saved videos on it to the computers on my network?

I would like to be able to set what it broadcasts and in what order it does.

VLC Media Player will stream videos and it's free.  Plus it works as a media player too.
