Network computer no admin password. need to uninstall old and install new. F8 not work. work round?

trying recycle old emachine and compaq for poor. will not boot on boot disks execpt windows. xp professional installed. ctrl-alt-del. no passwords. will not safe mode. will not boot ubuntu or others. removed bios. no help.

  1. You need to set the BIOS to boot from a CD. Then you can load Unbuntu
