Network traffic monitoring software?

what is the name of some software that i can use to tell which computers on my network are using up bandwidth and if possible interface with my DDWRT routers to limit/cap this bandwidth useage

I highly recommend that you try Paessler's PRTG Network Monitor.  It is very fully featured network monitoring software that includes SNMP, bandwidth usage monitoring, detailed reporting & analysis and lots more.  Its also very easy to configure and use.  I think they even offer a free version.  heck it out.
