But, there's only one Internet (unless the military have their own).

millions or make it a billion to be on the safe side. Can you be more specific with the question please. Any two computers or devices that can communicate with each other is a network (those two computers or devices communicating is called a network). how many hosts? Those 2 devices communicating each is a host.

it is a vague question? or if it is a test ur answer should be infinite networks and infinite hosts.

How many network in the world??? you will never know the exact number because by definition any two nodes connected together is a network and the node is any aquipment that can generate or modefy a data frame, that means that ther is millions and millions of networks.

How many host in the world??? In internet word to host you must have a real IP and you got to do me a service like having my email at your server, hosting my web site, or my files so if you count how many real IPv4 is there, then you can calculate how much does the hosting number can grow but how many now I do not think that we can know so I am sorry to say that there is no exact number for you questions.
