Networking Certifications??

Would I be able to get a job if I had Network+, Security+, MCSE, and a CCNA certifications with no degree and no prior experience? If so what would the salary be like? Thanks.

Easy answer is nothing below $40,000. There are some corporations willing to pay in upwards of $60,000, and in some cases higher. However, this would be localized to Pennsylvania's metro areas. A CCNA is the most important thing you have listed, but a CCNP would tack on about another $20,000 to your salary. With certs like those mentioned a degree is not needed, nor is it a hard requirement to obtain jobs. What I mean by a hard requirement is that a degree would be nice, but with proven education (certs) it is not necessary,
