Neurological condition... ?

Question

patient was admitted with shooting pains up the spinal cords. She also had severe stomach pain so we thought it was sheds. We treated her and sent her home. She seamed fine. The pain in the spinal cords came back a few days later but much worse. CT scan PET scan and MRI all came back negative. The only thing I could think of is that he is auto-immune. Any ideas?
