Is brain neurotransmitter reuptake inhibition possible via surgery (could it be)? (any neurotxr if at all)

  1. Nope. Reuptake is a molecular process, not a gross mechanical one. It's done in cell gaps measuring nanometers wide, by rather small proteins hundreds of times a second.

    That would be a lot of brain surgery.
