Neutered male cat still sprays... ME. Any way to get him to stop?

My male cat Mo was neutered when he was 4 months old. He is now 1 1/2 years old and he sprays me. He doesn't spray the house or my husband or his sister, just me. Any way to get him to stop? I thought neutered cats didn't spray? Thanks!

My neutered male cat sprays too. It really "pissed" me off.There's nothing I can do about that.

Just an idea, but get a very light water sprayer, and spray him lightly every time he sprays. He might learn to stop.
