Neutral Corner to crush the competition in Betfred Bookmakers Race
The most appealing entry for the Grade A3 Betfred Bookmakers Race is the three-year-old black dog, Neutral Corner. He has polished his racing skills at Sheffield and at Kinsley through the two seasons during which he has been active. Ever since April, Crash’s
son has been racing at Sheffield. The 500 metres flat challenge for tonight is being held at the same racing destination, and will reward the winner with the £100 prize money.
Contesting alongside him will be, Martin One Dart, Azzurro Capo, Looks N Money, Fintans Yoda and Woodsgift Factor.
His last four outings of the season translate struggle for stability with rankings ranging from the third position to the first.
The three-year-old ended second in the Grade A3 500 metres flat race on 13th September, 2012 at Sheffield over 500 metres.
He did try his best to race away from the rest of the lot, and tried filling in the gaps in his performance, however he remained deprived of the lead that the winner, Lissivigeen Joy, enjoyed, and made it across the wire in 29.65 seconds.
The winner had the final 2 ¾ lengths in her favour.
The efforts in the Grade A3 500 metres flat race on 18th September, 2012 ended in a third position for the M. Wainwright trained, who failed to match up to the racing poise of the winner and the runner-up.
On 22nd September, 2012, the three-year-old out of, Drive On Tina, finished next to the best in the Grade A3 Pick Six Jackpot Starts Here over 500 metres.
The race was won by the favourite entry, Come Home Ruso, in 30.16 seconds, while Neutral Corner missed the chance by ¾ of a length.
Finally, after exhaustive efforts, the dark hound claimed the £89 prize money of the Grade A3 Pick Six Jackpot Starts Here on 28th September, 2012 over 500 metres.
Racing out of the extreme end, the three-year-old was swift to pick up momentum, and maintain it until he reached the other end in 30.06 seconds.
He kept the endangering rival, Geneva Dreamer, adrift by 1 ¼ lengths.
Retaining the same trap, he is backed by 2 to 1 odds for the race tonight.
