Neutrality?

Is water the only substance that is naturally neutral? ( meaning it has a PH of 7) If not what other substances are?

and is there anything else that can be found naturally a gas, liquid and solid, other than water?

  1. No, lots of things have a pH of 7, oils, solvents, anything that does not dissociate into H or OH ions.

    It depends on what you mean by "naturally".  All the elements on the periodic table have a melting point and a boiling point (although no one has ever made solid hydrogen).  Liquid rock (one or more minerals) comes out of volcanos "naturally".  Deep in the earth, gold liquid and vapor seep into cracks in rock forming gold veins.
