  1. Same problem with me! I've been using it for about 2 weeks now and never had that bad of acne, but I have oily skin so I thought I should use it.  Sure, it feels cool, but it does not get all foamy and soapy like in the commercial (of course!).

It made me break out sooooo bad on my chin and forehead. So I went to my derm, and she said it is just a reaction, but if the problem still goes on, use it every other day instead of every day--the soap might be too strong.  OR, try using a cleaner that worked for you before & just apply it to the Wave's pads,  or,  stop using it and find something else.

Also, try a moisturizer like the Aveeno Avacado--this should clear up the rash.

Good luck with this issue, I hope I have helped =)

  2. omg i had the same problem with there wash? You know i should sue them becouse it said they clean without making the skin irritated and dry, so yea i used it and immitiatly i felt the dryness. What i did was went to a dermotologist and they hooked me up with a special wash for me, wich helped my acne AND put away the dryness.

  3. My sister uses that and it doesnt work!  What you should do is put a little moisturizing cream on it.  Try not to wear any makeup because that is bad for it.  I got this facewash from my dermetoligist called Glytone.  It is a great facewash and keeps my face clear.  If you have a dermetologist go to them and they can give you medecation to make it go away if it is really bad and bothering you.  Try to keep your hands off of your face unless washing it.  Do not pick at your face.  Hope this helps!

  4. Wow...never trusting commercials again. Anyway, why not try putting moisturizing lotion on where it's dry and then if it doesn't work, as your dermatologist.

  5. i have the same exact problem!!!!!

im glad to see that im not the only one with this issue.

  6. Same as Dawn, same prob, same situation.  I recommend any Aveeno moisturizer as well, and definitely stay away from the Neutrogena brand, at least for now.  Maybe your skin is too sensitive for harsh cleansers (which is what Neutrogena is known for!).  Try the Clean & Clear, it works great for me.
