Neutrogena Wave Problem?

Ive been using Neutrogena Wave for 4 days now and everything was fine. Today I woke up and a small area on my face is dry and red as well as my chin! How long will this last if I moisturize my face like right now? I dont want to stop using the Wave because Its kinda working. What should I do to prevent this from happening again?

the reason why you're probably red and dry is because it is too harsh. I would start using it less because its just going to strip your skin because you are exfoliating too much, and become oily and dry.
