Neutrogena acne wash and toner?

i just started to use the nutrogena oil free acne wash, and i also bought the oil free acne stress control tripleaction toner(longword) but is it safe for my face to use this toner after i use the neutrogena oil free acne wash?

yes. after you wash your face with the oil free acne wash and rinse and dry. take a cotton ball or rolled up toilet paper and put the toner on your "trouble" spots or if you want your whole face but leave on don't rinse, gradually repeat to 2 or 3 times a day.    i still only do 1-2 times a day and works great.
