Neutrogena stress control foam wash vs. Clean & Clear foaming wash?

which one of these products work the best?

I dont have severe acne, but i break out once every week. I need to know the best cleanser out there.

oh and I need to know which one of these products show the fastest results?

I have't personally tried neutrogena, but I use clean and clear, and when I break out, it clears my face in about 3 days, if I wash every morning and night, but your results might be different becasue everyones skin is differet. Some face washes work better for some people than it does for others, and if your concerned about finding a good face wash, talk to a dermatologist and see what non perscription face wash they reccomend for your skin type!
