Most cops are not bigots and hypocrites, you only think so cause you only hear about the bad ones on the news, never the good ones.

This guy should be ashamed of himself.  He's a law enforcement officer and he does something like this.  He should get an extra severe punishment since he did this as a cop.

He should get the same sentence or an even harsher sentence because he was wearing a "badge"!!!

He SHOULD NOT be getting paid administrative leave for murdering someone!!

marijuana?  he wanted to be tested, and had no alcohol.  Marijuana stays in your system for 30 days, but your def. not high for 30 days.  Stupid law!  It should have to be proven that he was high at the time, not in the same month.  Imagine if alcohol stayed in your system for 30 days.  We'd all have a dui

I believe that the Trooper should face the same punishment as anyone else for his crime.

But I also have to take you to task for accusing someone of bigotry while simultaneously characterizing an entire group of people with a negative stereotype.
