Nevada legal tattooing age with parent?

if you have a parent/guardian, could a minor get a tattoo in Nevada?

In most states after a certain age they'll tatoo a minor with parent permission.

Honestly, you really don't want one.  When you get to be about 35, they are no longer pretty or cute.  They become rather ugly.

People who do artificial things to their skin like that have more skin problems than those who don't as they get older.

I thought it was 16 or 14.

it is 14 but it is on the discretion of the tattooist. Some places wil lsay absolutely not until you are of legal age
