Never been this sick before , what do i have ?

im 18 and about 5 days ago i got a really bad fever and it has been coming back everyday and about 3 days ago i got a really bad cough that keeps getting worse everyday, ive been really fatigued and get some what of a pain on the left side of my body everynow and then,

i dont have a runny nose or chest pains from coughing , i do have a sore throat though, ....... so i was just wondering when i could expect this to go away or if there is anything i can do to help it go away also i was wondering if anyone could tell me what ive caught

Hmmm, if you wouldn't have said anything about the pain on the left side of the body, I would have thought viral infection.  But seeing you did mention pain, I would go see a doctor asap.

to me it sounds like you have a really bad flu, the flu will make you tiered and it makes you cough and have runny noises so that just might be it, but you better go to the doctor and get some medication

I've been ill for 7 days exactly mostly with a sore throat. I think its just the weather cuz i found that many of my friends where ill at this time too.?

My husband had something like that just last month.  I don't know if the pain you describe is a muscle-type pain or an internal pain...his were his muscles.  The Dr. ran so many tests I lost track, though they never did come back conclusive to anything.  It was something viral that was attacking his liver and his muscles.  He was sick for 3 weeks, and he is just fine now.  

I would really suggest though that you go to the Dr. to have some tests ran.  There are a lot of things that can have those symptoms, and some have medication to help you.
