Especially ex Mumbai. Continental's agent at Mumbai is arrogant and patronising. They made us wait in the rain on the kerb for ages, and insisted that the kids complete US security forms by themselves before entering the airport. Continental agent Yatin did not offer them a desk or even a clip board, nor did he assist in filling the form. When I asked him to, he said Continental policy is do not help! What if the kids are small or dont know English? He said "oh, in that case...". Continental also refused to provide any acknowledgement of the kids custody, when they took them away. Yatin insisted we wait at the rainy kerb, until the flight took off 3hrs later. After we protested at his behaviour, he pushed us off onto another colleague Clayton who was at least kind and polite. He phoned his supervisor who agreed to fax a copy of the acknowledgment after the flight departed. Curiously the space marked "Origin airport agent" was left blank and unsigned. Never again.
