I have never eaten Indian food, and I am going out tonight with a group of friends to this restaurant -

I am not really a spicy foods person, I like a bit of spice but not tons. I am also a tad bit worried about some of the flavors. I have never eaten anything made with coconut milk or any of the other things I've seen listed. I am excited to try something new, but I want it to be a good experience too. I'd like to ease into it, you know?

So looking at the menu above, do you have any suggestions? Oh, and I am not a lamb fan, unless it's on a Gyro and it's the thin sliced spiced beef and lamb sausage.

I'd appreciate your input!
