  1. CALL

  2. right an e-mail to ebay about that.

  3. oh wow. i think you got scammed.

  4. leave negative feedback then there is a complaint process just follow the directions

  5. well if it cost a lot of money i would sew them lol but if it was like 5 bucks i would just forget it and never use the website again. hope it helped!

  6. Ebay has a pretty thorough resolution process that should be able to help. To start though, you need to try and contact the seller to request a refund (you may need to provide a copy of the email stating the item was no longer available). If you either can't reach the seller (give them time to respond) or they're unwilling to provide a refund, go to the dispute console in My Ebay.

Good news is, if you paid with PayPal, you may be able to get a refund from them and then they'll work it out with the seller.

In either case, try to not get emotional, stick to the facts, try and be reasonable, and be patient - it's not always a fast process. It really helps if you can get names and specific emails or phone numbers for the people you're dealing with so you can try and get the same person every time.

  7. Good luck with this you have to be extremely careful with some of these people on ebay and on craigslist. The best way I would go about it is file an complaint with the better business bureau and take it from there its a long process but its worth it cause now these people have your banking info which is extremely bad. Put a stop payment on them so they canot go in and take anymore money out of your account and there should also be somewhere on ebay where you can make a formal complaint.

  8. sounds like you got rick rolled XD

  9. mail him on ebay not just email or if you could get a phone number - if it comes to filing a complaint (I'm not sure how to) but there is probably a you tube Video that will help lol

  10. First you need to contact the Seller of that item.  Before complaining, be sure to ask when you can expect delivery.  It's possible it could take 3 weeks from the time they said it was shipped.  But also explain exactly as you did here... that you got an email saying the item had been shipped and that the money was taken out of your account.  And that you also got a notice that the item was no longer available.  Finally, ask point blank if you can expect to receive the item, and if not, when you might expect your refund.  You will probably get a response from the Seller.  I'm sure there's a link on eBay on how to handle such matters, but contact the Seller first.
