Never receive conformation email

Question

i have tried many times to register with no problems ,i get to the end where i get thanks for signing on and told that they have sent me the conformation email but i never receive it .I have received emails from other parties so i know its working i have also contacted my ISP who have assured me there are no blocks HELP PLEASE
