Never received my IPOD !!!!?

Question

I bought an IPOD off of ebay through the user myipodsource. It was $210.00 plus the tax. I bought it August 4th, 2008....and it said it was supposed to take 2-3 days for shipping. I payed for priority shipping which was $1.99.

I got emails saying the item was shipped through paypal on August 9th 2008. It is now August 16th and I still haven't received it! I sent the dude an email saying when should I expect it. He replied and said I should expect it soon. I'm so worried I have become a victim of fruad because shouldn't it have come by now? I sent him two more emails saying I didn't receive it, but so far he didn't answer. Who knows if he is busy or not.

Weird part is he has over 100 ratings that are all great!!! I sent him one more email saying if he doesn't return my email then I am filing for a disputed case. Is this going to far? Or should I just keep waiting? Anyone had an experience like this HELP ME !!!!

where was it shipping from? things sent from china can take up to a month even with priority shipping.

if it's being sent from inside the country then you should wait 10 BUSINESS days before you dispute. After that, go for it.

And then leave negative feedback.

You already gave him to long.. I would file a dispute case ASAP and see how that goes you already game him more than enough time i think

bad news ebay says thier not responsible for the items never getting there

sometimes it takes over a week to ship, whether or not it is priority shipping. but if you don't ever receive it, you can complain to ebay and you should get your money back, and the guy who you bought it from's account will be deleted.

you could file a dispute, but if you don't want to do that yet, ask for the shipping tracking number. with that you should be able to go online and track it to see if it got held up somewhere.

personally i'd file a dispute though. you've given them enough time.

they will not open a disputed case now they do it after 30 days so what u can do if it was sent with paypal they should have a tracking code or something try to get it, if u are paypal if u dont get it go to paypal and do the dispute with them not ebay ok good luck and yea it happens to me but i got what i pay for but it took almost 4 weeks.

just do the paypal than' n wait 30 days for the ebay dispute
