Question:

Never recieved purchase from Amazon seller?

It's been 3 days since the last day I was supposed to receive

my order from an Amazon.com seller.

I do realize that it takes longer to ship to Hawaii, but I'm quite sure it doesn't take more than 3 weeks.

I've emailed him with no response.

Should I wait it out a week to see if I receive my order?

Or should I put in my claim with Amazon, contact my credit-card and cancel the payment, and file a claim at BBB.org? (Can I do that, if it was through an Amazon seller and not Amazon.com itself?)

If I'm not going to receive my order, I want my money back. And as soon as possible.

Thanks :]

  1. Of course it will take a little bit longer to ship to Hawaii. Standard is 4-14 business days, but can take up to 21. You can file an A-to-z Guarantee Claim with Amazon, but you have to wait 30 days from when you purchased the item. And when a seller is notified that a claim has been filed, they have 5 days to respond. Hopefully they respond within a day and your claim will be decided faster.

If the claim is decided in favor of you, then you will be refunded by the Guarantee Department and the money will come out of the seller's Payments Account.

It may take longer to file a chargeback with your credit card company, so I would just file a claim with Amazon. You can file a claim here:

    http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/d...

And as for the BBB, it may not work since the seller probably doesn't have a company or registered business.
