New 'today' screen on htc with windows mobile?

i have a tmobile wing (htc herald) and im not thrilled with the today screen. where can i download a different for user friendly one?

I use the htc home plugin like on the  htc touch and a few others .

The buttons are big enough so that with your most commonly accessed files you do not have to get out the stylus
