New Apartment: Some outlets not working. Please Help!?

I just moved into a BRAND NEW apartment, never lived in before, in a nice area. For some reason the master bathroom outlets do not work and a couple in the master bedroom don't while a few in the bedroom do work.

I tried turning all breakers off and on = no effect. In the kitchen there are two outlets that have the red lights on them that show "test." I tried playing with those too= no effect.

Any ideas? Please help. Thanks.

landlord is responsible. outlets need to be tested. most likely a disconnected wire

Talk to the owner/landlord/building manager, whoever is readily available.  That's one of the perks of renting, if something doesn't work they must fix it in a timely manner.  You don't have to worry about it.  Save that stress for when you own.
