Question:

New Bright Holiday Express Animated Train -...

The train lights up and runs but the animated figures don't move any more, not even in the Tree Top Tender which is right behind the engine. Santa in the engine still moves but none of the other figures do on the whole set. Checked the connections; everything seems plugged in tight.
