New Chevy Silverado Owners...

Question

How would you rate your air conditioning? I have an 01 S10 and my a/c is friggin amazingly cold...impresses everyone. I've been wanting the new silverado and wanted to see what you thought of yours. Dealers are too talky to just walk up and flip on the ac in person....

Mine seems to work fine even on the days when the temps reaches above the 100 degree mark. I have had it for six years and the system has not lost one drop of coolant. it is 2002 silverado regular cab and short box.

My son has an 08  Silverado.  He lives on the Mississippi gulf coast and when i visited him 3 weeks ago it was down right hot there. The  a/c did an excellent job of keeping that truck cool.  Its an extended cab 1500.

I have the extended cab version and the A/C will freeze you out.
