New Chevy Traverse Commercial?

The new Chevy Traverse commercial features a very attractive man ironing clothes while he's calling a restaurant to make reservations for his 6-month anniversary with his wife or girlfriend. Then there's a quick, barely noticeable shot of the Chevy Traverse, and then it's back to the guy doing housework -- this time cleaning the toilet. Who is the model/actor in this commercial?

I don't know who the actor is -- but the commercial is VERY effective. A hunky guy who does laundry and cleans the bathroom! Every woman's fantasy.  Makes me want to buy the car even though I know the guy doesn't come with it. Sigh.

The new Chevy is a "crossover".   The guy is "crossing over" to the woman's side (ironing, cleaning toilets, housework, etc.)  It's quite sexist, really.

Forget what the guy looks like and that he's doing chores... did you see what he's ironing?  It looks like a little girl's dress!  Does this make sense?  It's his 6 month anniversary with who?  And why is he ironing a little girl's dress?  This makes NO sense what so ever-- the commercial makes NO sense-- that's why I came online looking for info on it.... I was wondering if there was some type of story line from the company that explained it--I haven't found anything yet!  Let me know if you find anything out!  Thanks!

The commercial makes a lot of sense, when you consider the slogan for the Traverse is "Everything you've wished for and more".  The hunk who remembers a 6 month anniversary, cares enough to make reservations, do laundry and house chores, and even likes children (presumably from her former marriage).  (or his...)
