New Credit Card Pin number

I ask the Bank for a new pin number they sent me the same pin number i unready had. Do bankknow you pin number?

IT Matt is right, banks do not know your pin number, if that were the case staff would have free access to millions of peoples account details and pin numbers, not wise is it.

Yes, banks know your PIN number.  They issue it, so they have to know it!  Call the bank and tell them they goofed and you need a new PIN number.

No, we don't know your PIN number. If its a new PIN number, it is randomly generated. Such details are stored on a highly secure network, where only a handful of people work on it. They do not have direct access to your PIN number, but can issue out randomly generated PINs, etc.
