New Dopod 838 won't connect to POP3 mail server...

Hi

Just bought a Dopod 838pro and it won't connect to a POP3 mail server. I put in the exact setting I have on my PC and Laptop, which work fine, but the thing won't connect. It does connect to the internet, and to the network email, but not my peronsal one. Any suggestions?
